We met Goran as we were beginning to look for a new home last spring. At the time we were planning to do a full renovation, and Goran was extremely helpful broker & construction adviser. We ended up finding a turnkey home in a neighborhood we loved, and the deal went very smoothly due to all the expert advice we received from Goran on negotiations, inspection, etc. While the new house was under contract, we decided to list our current home and Goran was instrumental in getting it sold in less than a month finding our future buyer from an open house (all during the dreaded end of year timeframe when things seem to really down). Goran is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and was a huge help for my first purchase. My cousin recommended him when I was thinking about buying property - multi-unit or house, but wasn't sure exactly which way I wanted to lean when I started shopping. I had Goran running around with me everywhere looking at buildings and homes in and sometimes out of Chicago while I decided. He was a great broker through the whole process, start to finish. He knows the business and the buildings inside/out and I learned a lot about what to look for, what to stay away from, and what options I had for certain layouts I wasn't sure about. I landed on a single family home in sweet home Chicago and look forward to getting started on the remodel. Personally, I can't see any reason I'd use anyone else for future real estate needs.
